For over 30 years, BreastfeedLA has been dedicated to supporting parents, babies, and families across Los Angeles County in leading their healthiest lives through breastfeeding education, outreach, and advocacy. Recently, we expanded our reach into Orange County with the launch of our Black Infant Health Program, bringing culturally centered support to even more families. Rooted deeply in principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, our work focuses on dismantling systemic barriers to breastfeeding, advocating for fair and equitable policies, and training lactation professionals who truly reflect the rich diversity of the communities they serve. We are grateful for the ongoing support of our community, which makes this vital work possible every day.
