Support Breastfeeding Families: Help Me Raise Funds for BreastfeedLA

For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with BreastfeedLA, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting and advocating for breastfeeding families in Los Angeles and Orange County. During this time, I’ve witnessed firsthand the meaningful impact BreastfeedLA has on families navigating the breastfeeding journey by offering education, resources, and unwavering support. The organization is powered by some of the most passionate and hardworking women I’ve had the honor of working alongside, both staff and fellow volunteers.

While I am not a mother and have never breastfed, through my nieces and nephews, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of breastfeeding, as well as the challenges that can come with it.

You don’t need to have breastfed to understand the importance of this cause. Every one of us knows someone—a friend, family member, or your own mother—who has gone through the breastfeeding journey. BreastfeedLA works to ensure that every parent knows their rights and has access to the knowledge and support they need, whether they’re just starting out or facing challenges.
